Have Your Home Ready Before You List It

It's a very busy time of year and homes are selling very fast, but before you put your home on the market, make sure your home is ready to be seen.  Many Realtors have professional photographers come in and take pictures, so buyers and other agents can take a look before making an appointment for a showing. They will sometimes determine if they want to tour your home, by the pictures that are listed.  Make sure your personal items, meds and anything of value are put away.  It makes your home look much cleaner if you don't have so much clutter and kitchen counter tops clear of extra THINGS.  The less clutter you have out all over your house, the more presentable your home looks in the pictures and in person.   Good luck and hope your home sells fast!!
